The New England Old English Sheepdog Rescue, Inc. (NEOESR, Inc.) is an organization which takes in this particular breed of dog when a family finds they can no longer manage it. We then find the dog an appropriate home. The reason we concentrate on the Old English Sheepdog is that we in this organization have all owned or bred this particular breed. We, therefore, are more familiar with this breed and its traits and problems.

We have found homes for over 1000 OES since 1977.

You are making a difference if you can use your experience today to teach others about saving some of the thousands of dogs which are otherwise put to sleep because no one wants them any longer.

Spread the word to your friends. Suggest that they go to a shelter to get a dog. See if you can help them make an informed decision about which breed of dog is appropriate for their particular situation. Tell them where they can get information about the various breeds.

Secretary, NEOESR, Inc.
