Sheepdog Shindig
May 24th - May 26th, 2013

Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario CANADA

Come join us for some great sheepdog events. Here's your chance to participate in herding, agility, grooming demonstrations and fun games plus a few special surprises that even the car enthusiasts will enjoy! Of course there will be great food, beautiful scenery and fingers and paws crossed, nice weather!

Niagara College (NOLT campus) will be hosting our event. We can't wait to show off the talents of the students. Wine and beer tasting plus culinary delights await all that attend.

NEOESR Picnic
Saturday June 8, 2013

20 Tobacco Street, Lebanon, CT 11:00am - 6:00pm

This year's NEOESR picnic will truly be "for the dogs". The new location, in Lebanon Connecticut, has a lovely pond (if your dog is one of those that likes to swim....bring extra towels) and wooded paths for you and your dog to enjoy. In addition there will be an area where your dog can be off leash as well as an onleash area (for those whose dogs may be a bit reactive around other dogs.)

Come on by and join us at our board meeting. Everyone is welcome.  That's right, our board meetings are open which means that everyone can attend. Take the opportunity to learn what goes on in the world of OES rescue and share your thoughts with us. Got an idea or an activity that you want discuss ....email me (president@neoesr.org ) so we can add it to the agenda.  After the meeting, we invite you to join us for a potluck lunch where you can share stories and pictures about your dogs and chat with the board members. Need a sheepie fix? We usually have a few dogs join us. At the April meeting there was Darwin, Charly's Angel, Katie, Sabrina and Denver. As you can tell....they had a simply marvelous time playing.

NEOESR Online Auction

Remember the last NEOESR auction?  Did you miss winning what you really wanted?  Or maybe you were one of the lucky ones who got what you bid on.  This year’s auction will be from September 22-October 6th.  Watch for the announcements leading up to it.  This is our one major fund raiser of the year.  So our rescue dogs count on it.
